The Marigny Trace Architectural Control Committee and the Board of Directors of Marigny Trace are granting a variance to the Covenants regarding (Non-Commercial) movable wheeled vehicles (motor homes, boat trailers, 4 wheelers, etc.) This various allows these vehicles to be placed on the premises from 12:00 noon on Friday until 12:00 noon on Monday, without the requesting resident being in violation of the covenants. Any of these vehicles on the premises before or after these times* will be in violation of the covenants and will be cited.
(*without specific approval from the MTACC)

PLEASE ALLOW 10 DAYS FOR APPROVAL. (Remember without approval you will be cited.)
