            I don’t know if Henry forwarded to you my reply to him regarding progress on Tanager (kneecap) but following is a portion of that email:

 

I have checked with PW to see where the ordinance is to bring in the streets and drainage for phases 6A & 6B and according to Kari King (who prepares the ordinance) they did not receive the January package in time for them to get the ordinance prepared for review by the President’s office.  We have asked Kari to prepare the ordinance as an “off the floor” item due to the time constraints of getting the project completed by June 30, 2009 and sponsored by PW/Council Office.

 

I have also placed a call to finance to see what needs to be done to get the dollars transferred for the project.  And I have also spoken with Eddie Williams advising him of the project to which he is somewhat familiar.  He said that the June date should be good.

 

            I assume that you have spoken with the three homeowners and they are all aware of and in agreement with what was proposed?
