            Just a heads up on the agenda!  On this agenda is the release of the performance warranty for Phase 5, as we had indicated it would either be released or called. At the February meeting we will introduce an ordinance accepting into the maintenance system phase 5, which will be initiated by our PW department.  We will then begin the bid process for the build out of the kneecap area.  In March phase 5 will be accepted into the maintenance system and shortly thereafter the contract for the kneecap build out should be issued.  This is all in keeping with the time frame of completion sometime mid to late 2^nd quarter 2009.

 

 

Thx so much for this note Don. Just tried to access & was unable to access the website. Perhaps it's being updated or repaired. I'll give it a try later today & update you.
