Minutes of the Marigny Trace ACC.
Jan. 28,2009

Meeting called to order at 7:15

members present Joe Meyers Chairman Tom Lincoln Paul LeBlanc
members absent Andre Dehaan
guests: Lovelle Blitch, Jace Cardon

Mr. Meyers stated that there were over 50 violations issued since Jan. 9,2009, mainly for garbage cans, and trailers of various kinds. The violation notices were given to the members to recheck to see if they were still open and, if they are, then the ACC will send certified letters. One homeowner was sent a certified on Aug 9, 2008 for a boat in the driveway that had been removed and then returned. As stated in the violation letter "...repetitions of the same violations will be considered as a continuance of tht same violation[i.e. a resolution of the violation does not allow its later repetition to be viewed as a new violation]." A member asked what was the procedure for fines to begin on a resident. Mrs. Blitch [MTPOA President] said the ACC should send copies of the original paperwork to the Board and request the board send notice of the fine to the homeowner. Mr. Lincoln said that the number of garbage cans have decreased dramatically since the violation notices have been sent. The ACC is still awaiting paperwork from some homeownewers that received violations and want to apply for changes to their property.
