Meeting Date:  10/07/2008

Members Present:

            Joe Meyers                  ACC Chairman

            Tom Lincoln                ACC Committee Member

Andre de Haan            ACC Committee Member

The MTACC has a large binder to keep all correspondence in by lot number. Tom Lincoln has agreed to bring the book up to date & also will add a  cross-reference of lot number to name & vice versa.

The MTACC is going to request from the Board [of Directors] a variance granting a “72-hour Friday at Noon until Monday at Noon” waiver of the covenants involving wheeled vehicles in driveways.

A new form is being created for a variance that would allow (with approval from MTACC) the ability of placing a wheeled vehicle in a driveway for a short period of time.

The MTACC Violation Form is being revised.

The Change to Homeowners Property is also being revised.

Because of a problem with Lot 109, the MTACC has put the violations on Lot 110 on hold pending disposition of Lot 109.

The MTACC Chairman, Joe Meyers, indicated that Lot 110 was going to install a fence on the side [of the property] adjacent to Lot 109. As of this meeting, no paperwork has been received.

There are a total of three (3) open violations:

1.      J. Plough – paperwork lacking on building

2.      C. Bowlsbey – playhouse in side yard

3.      B. Burrows – placed on hold

There are no other requests regarding violations, complaints, or change to property that the MTACC Chairman, Joe Meyers, knows of as of this date.

Meeting adjourned.
