The meeting included a review of recent requests for variances, including:

Wesley Whitfield - fence / chain wall / pool

Review results:

Parish Code should be followed;
      Must drain to front;
      No alteration of Tanager Dr. drainage;
      Completion of MTPOA-ACC form;
      Request does not fully explain what is wanted;
      Note diagram to indicate specifics.

Discussion to establish timeframe for review & response to homeowner requests.
30 days was considered to allow for gathering requests from P.O. box by Secretary,
delivery to ACC [non] Chairman, monthly meetings of the Committee, & preparation / return of response to homeowner.

Don Vekic to establish meeting schedule.
