Act Creating Deed Restrictions & Covenants  -   January 25, 1995

Covenants, Deed Restrictions & Obligations for Marigny Trace Phase I (adopted by all subsequent phases II).
Use of Property 6. Garbage & rubbinsh receptacles shall be in complete conformity with sanitary regulations
and shall not be visible from the street except immediately prior to & after scheduled garbage pick up times.

LARGE ITEMS - contact your provider.
Carpet - must be cut into 4 foot pieces.
NO WHITE GOODS - refrigerators.
NO HAZARDOUS WASTE ITEMS - lawn powers, propane tanks, tires, paint cans with wet paint

Residents are responsible for coordinating trash pickup directly with the service provider.
No trash should remain unattended.
