I recognize the difficult decision that you have to make on October 16th regarding the final boundary map for the new high school.

I want to thank Lovelle and the others for bringing the new high school attendance map to our attention.

It is important to every person who owns a home in the portion of Mandeville that is affected by the boundaries of the map for the new High School that will open in the Fall of 2009.

MTPOA is interested in hearing from both parents of students & all other concerned Marigny Trace residents on your position regarding the proposed new school boundaries.

All the proposals have drawn complaints from parents whose concerns include distance and travel times, socio-economic equity, gas consumption, and separating their children from friends and classmates.
