Subject: Marigny Trace - Performance Obligation, Phases 6A & 6B

Kevin –

The Council agenda for the Sept. 11, 2008 Parish Counsel Meeting included the following:

47) Resolution C.S. No. C-2480 - Resolution establishing warranty obligations. (Binder/Davis)

(1.) PERFORMANCE

Marigny Trace S/D, Phases 6A & 6B PERFORMANCE OBLIGATION

Amount: $8,900 Expires: September 19, 2008

EXTEND FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR UNTIL WORK IS SATISFACTORILY ACCOMPLISHED

Ward:4, District: 10

This extension was opposed by me.

Further, we have received correspondence from the Parish Executive Counsel advising that this matter will be addressed “as time permits”.

It is grossly unfair to expect the residents of Marigny Trace to accept any further extensions on these very long outstanding issues, particularly for an open-ended timeframe, & are hopeful that you will facilitate the installation of the appropriate “cutback” in Phase 6B.

Please advise us of the current disposition.

Sincere regards,

Lovelle J-K. Blitch, C.P.
